Payment is accepted at the end of your visit at the reception service desk. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, cash, or checks as forms of payment.
If an Oscar Giovanni Salon & Spa gift card is your form of payment, we require that you bring your gift card with you and present it to the guest expert upon checkout.

Retail & Returns
Oscar Giovanni stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service.
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.

We want you to love everything about your experience. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your retail products, you may return them with a receipt within 60 days of purchase.
Oscar Giovanni Salon and Spa gift cards are redeemable for retail products and/or services up to the balance available. Your gift card must be presented at the time of payment. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or credit. Gift cards cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen, or damaged.
Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments
Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated.
